Sheila Hyde

Sheila Hyde is a faculty member for the Food and Hospitality Institute at El Centro College in Dallas, Texas. She has been the Texas State Technical Chair since 2013, a member of the SkillsUSA National Education Team since 2016, and became the National Technical Co-Chair for Restaurant Service in 2017.
